Ingredients of Jowar Popcorn
- It's 1/2 pckt of Jowar.
- It's as per taste of Salt.
- You need 3 tspoons of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 2 tspoon of Haldi powder.
- Prepare 2 tspoon of Bura khand powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Hing.
- Prepare as needed of Oil for tadaka.
- It's 1 tsp of Rai.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Amchur powder.
Jowar Popcorn instructions
- Add oil in kadai... Add rai for tadaka... Once it's tempered, add hing and jowar dhani..
- Continuously stir it on slow flame for 10 mins after adding salt and haldi. Dis vl make dhani more crispy..
- Add red chilli powder, amchur powder and buru khand and stir for 1/2 minutes. Switch off the flame and still stir continuously as due to heat red chilli powder burns fast and turns black so to avoid it..
- Jowar Popcorn is ready. Transfer in ne Popcorn container U hv once it cooled down..
- Healthy jowar Popcorn as a snack is ready. Minimum oil (almost no) and still a Healthy Millet Cooking.
