  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Vanilla extract.
  7. You need 2 quart of Popped white or yellow popcorn.
  8. You need 2 cup of unsalted almonds, whole, halved, or sliced.

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F Fahrenheit.
  2. Melt butter in a medium sized saucepan.
  3. Add brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt.
  4. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat, and add baking soda and vanilla extract.
  6. Stir until smooth.
  7. Add almonds to pan and stir till all are covered.
  8. Pour sugar and almond mixture over popcorn in a large bowl.
